The Farm

Satvik Jungle Farms is a working permaculture farm in the Darjeeling Himalayas. We grow over 40 crops in a closed-loop food forest — everything from guava and avocado to passion fruit and banana. Our cattle, goats, and fish pond feed back into the land. Nothing is wasted. Everything is alive.

Our chef prepares meals using North Eastern Indian techniques and whatever the farm gives us that day. You won't find a menu — just fresh, seasonal, honest food.
